Directions:
Before shampooing, massage warm oil through damp hair and scalp, cover with a plastic cap and a warm, damp towel for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water. (Can also be used after shampooing) Use at least every 3 to 4 weeks or alternate between deep conditioning treatments.
