An excellent combination of ingredients and natural herbs that is prepared to give a peppery taste to your ripped plantain.
It is use for Seasoning ripped plantain and kaaklo mixture (the over ripped plantain).
Direction:
For every two fingers of ripped plantain put 2 tbsp of the spice into a medium bowl. Add one sizeable grated onion and stir to form a paste.
Add sliced ripped plantain and toss to coat.
For a well seasoned plantain put it down for 10min.
Fry plantain in a hot vegetable oil until you get a preferred golden brown colour.
