How to use Palm Kernel Oil for Natural Hair
For Hot Oil treatment

Heat the oil and apply to your hair in sections focusing on your scalp and ends.
Massage oil into your scalp for about 2-3 minutes.
Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic bag and towel for added heat and wait for between 1 hour to 4 hours or overnight (If you are leaving the oil overnight, use a shower cap / plastic bag and scarf instead of a towel).
Proceed to shampoo.
