Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL (our logistics partners) with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by DHL Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipments cannot be delivered to Postal address or postal codes.
Shipments are delivered to the Receiver’s address given by the customer but not necessarily to the named Receiver personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area called consolidated centers will be delivered to that area.
Our logistics partner may notify Receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. Receiver may be offered alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day.
Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on the product/service chosen and origin/destination relation; from 2-3 days for neighboring countries and up to 20 days for countries with long distances.
Please also keep in mind that – depending on the product/service chosen – the shipment will normally be handed over to the respective local postal company in your country for final delivery to you.
